Ingredients
- 7 tablespoons caster sugar
- 2 oz white rum
- 2.50 oz pineapple juice
- 1.70 oz coconut cream
- pineapple wedge, for garnish
Instructions
- In a saucepan, heat the sugar and 3.5 tablespoons of water until the sugar dissolves, then let it cool.
- In a blender, combine the rum, pineapple juice, coconut cream, 2 teaspoons of the sugar syrup, and a small handful of ice. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into a piña colada cocktail glass over ice, and garnish with a pineapple wedge before serving.
