Ingredients
- 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
- 1.50 oz evaporated milk
- 1.50 oz unsweetened coconut milk
- 1.50 oz cream of coconut
- 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 oz light rum
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and cream of coconut.
- Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the blender.
- Pour the light rum into the blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a glass bottle, seal it tightly, and refrigerate.
- Serve the coquito cold in small drink glasses, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Shake well before serving.
