Ingredients

  • 2 oz sweetened condensed milk
  • 1.50 oz evaporated milk
  • 1.50 oz unsweetened coconut milk
  • 1.50 oz cream of coconut
  • 1/8 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 1/4 oz light rum

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the sweetened condensed milk, evaporated milk, coconut milk, and cream of coconut.
  2. Add the cinnamon, nutmeg, and vanilla extract to the blender.
  3. Pour the light rum into the blender and blend until all the ingredients are well combined.
  4. Pour the mixture into a glass bottle, seal it tightly, and refrigerate.
  5. Serve the coquito cold in small drink glasses, and garnish with a sprinkle of cinnamon or nutmeg. Shake well before serving.
