Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut water
  • 1/8 cup tequila
  • 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons triple sec
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened cream of coconut
  • 1 cup ice cubes
  • Pinch of kosher salt
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions

  1. Freeze coconut water in a shallow plastic container.
  2. Once frozen, place the coconut water, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, cream of coconut, ice, and salt in a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
