Tropical Freeze Margarita
A frozen margarita with coconut water, tequila, and cream of coconut for a refreshing tropical twist.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut water
- 1/8 cup tequila
- 1/8 cup fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 teaspoons triple sec
- 1 1/2 teaspoons sweetened cream of coconut
- 1 cup ice cubes
- Pinch of kosher salt
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions
- Freeze coconut water in a shallow plastic container.
- Once frozen, place the coconut water, tequila, lime juice, triple sec, cream of coconut, ice, and salt in a blender.
- Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
- Pour into a frozen rocks glass and garnish with lime wedges.
