Ingredients
- 8 oz frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup fresh lime juice
- 4 oz rum (Bacardi or your preferred brand)
- 2 oz Cointreau or triple sec (orange liquor)
- 1 oz honey
- 1 cup Ice
- Fresh Mint for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the frozen mango chunks, fresh lime juice, rum, Cointreau, honey, and ice.
- Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy, about 30-60 seconds.
