Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup evaporated milk
  • 1/4 cup sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup cream of coconut
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground star anise
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
  • Pinch of ground cloves
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon star anise extract
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • 1 1/2 oz Barbancourt rhum
  • Freshly grated nutmeg for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine evaporated milk, sweetened condensed milk, cream of coconut, star anise, cinnamon, nutmeg, cloves, vanilla extract, star anise extract, and lime juice.
