A bright and spiced seasonal cocktail with mezcal, tangerine, lime, and a touch of cranberry bitters, topped with grated cinnamon.
Ingredients
- 2 oz Alipús San Luis Del Rio Mezcal
- 3/4 oz fresh lime juice
- 3/4 oz gum syrup
- 1/2 oz fresh tangerine juice
- 1/2 oz egg white
- 1/2 tsp Bittermens New England Spiced Cranberry Bitters
- 5 drops saline solution (4 parts water: 1 part salt)
- Grated cinnamon, for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a mixing tin.
- Flash blend the mixture without ice for 5 seconds.
- Add 12 ounces of crushed ice to the tin and flash blend for another 5 seconds.
- Double strain the mixture into a chilled goblet (10 ounces).
- Dust the cocktail with grated cinnamon before serving.
