Ingredients

  • 6 ounces orange juice
  • 3 ounces Malibu coconut rum
  • 1 ounce grenadine

Instructions

  1. Fill a Tom Collins glass halfway with ice cubes.
  2. Pour in Malibu coconut rum and orange juice.
  3. Position a cocktail spoon upside down over the glass, almost touching the glass.
  4. Slowly pour the grenadine over the back of the spoon to allow it to settle at the bottom of the glass.
  5. If the glass isn't completely full, add a couple more ice cubes to bring it to the top.
  6. Garnish with a maraschino cherry on a cocktail pick and a honey-dipped Clementine wheel with coconut flakes.
  7. Add a straw and serve.
