Ingredients

  • 2 oz peeled and sliced peaches
  • 2 oz peeled and sliced mango
  • 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/2 tablespoon L'Abeille Occitane Provence Flowers Honey
  • 1 1/3 oz rum (Ron Barcelo Anejo Rum)
  • 1/3 teaspoon refrigerated lemongrass paste (optional)
  • 1/3 cup club soda
  • Garnish: Fresh Thai basil or sweet basil

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine peeled and sliced peaches, mangos, fresh lemon juice, water, honey, and lemongrass paste. Blend until smooth, about 1 minute.
  2. Pour the peach-mango mixture into a pitcher. Add rum and club soda. Gently stir until combined.
  3. Serve in a highball glass filled with ice. Garnish with fresh Thai basil or sweet basil.
