Ingredients

  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 tbsp white sugar
  • 4.20 fl oz milk
  • 1.50 fl oz Baileys
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
  • pinch of cinnamon
  • freshly grated nutmeg

Instructions

  1. Prepare the glass by dipping the rim into milk and then pressing it into brown sugar on a small plate.
  2. In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and sugar until light and fluffy.
  3. In a cocktail shaker, combine the yolk mixture, milk, Baileys, and vanilla paste.
  4. Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon to the mixture.
  5. Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
  6. Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
  7. Grate fresh nutmeg on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
  8. Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
