Ingredients
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp white sugar
- 4.20 fl oz milk
- 1.50 fl oz Baileys
- 1/4 tsp vanilla bean paste
- pinch of cinnamon
- freshly grated nutmeg
Instructions
- Prepare the glass by dipping the rim into milk and then pressing it into brown sugar on a small plate.
- In a small bowl, beat the egg yolk and sugar until light and fluffy.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine the yolk mixture, milk, Baileys, and vanilla paste.
- Add a pinch of ground nutmeg and ground cinnamon to the mixture.
- Fill the shaker with ice and shake well until the mixture is chilled.
- Strain the mixture into the prepared glass.
- Grate fresh nutmeg on top and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- Garnish with a cinnamon stick.
