Ingredients
- 1 package raspberry gelatin (3 oz.)
- 1 cup boiling water
- 4 cups cranberry juice
- 2 cups water
- 1 can frozen orange juice concentrate (12 oz.), thawed
- 1 can frozen lemonade concentrate (12 oz.), thawed
- 2 cups vodka
- 7-up or Sprite for mixing
Instructions
- In a bowl, dissolve the raspberry gelatin in 1 cup of boiling water and stir until fully dissolved.
- In a large container, combine the cranberry juice, water, vodka, thawed orange juice concentrate, and thawed lemonade concentrate. Add the dissolved gelatin water and mix well.
- Cover the container and place it in the freezer, allowing it to freeze completely for 12 to 18 hours.
- After 4 to 6 hours, when the slush starts to freeze and becomes slushy, stir it to prevent the vodka from settling at the bottom.
- To serve, mix 2/3 of the slush with 1/3 of 7-up or Sprite, and stir well before serving.
