Ingredients
- 5 oz light-bodied red wine (Pinot Noir)
- 1 oz orange juice or apple juice
- 0.50 oz brandy
- 0.50 oz orange liqueur (Triple Sec or Grand Marnier)
- 1.50 tsp simple syrup
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 1/8 apple, thinly sliced or diced
- 1/4 green pear, thinly sliced or diced
- 1/8 grapefruit, de-seeded and thinly sliced, or another sweet citrus
- 1 tbsp pomegranate arils or cranberries
- 1 sprig of rosemary, for serving

Instructions
- In a pitcher, mix together the red wine, orange or apple juice, brandy, orange liqueur, and simple syrup.
- Carefully add the cinnamon stick and the sliced or diced fruits to the pitcher. Gently stir the sangria.
- Cover the pitcher and refrigerate the sangria for at least three hours, ideally overnight.
- Serve the winter sangria over ice in glasses.
- Gently roll a small sprig of rosemary between your hands to release the oils, then use it as a garnish for the sangria. Enjoy the festive flavors!
